the family is all here, the party games are a blast, and everyone celebrating you being mumma-to-be! it’s a time you should truly be in the moment with everyone and let us take the reins on capturing your baby shower.
we’ll focus on family + group photos, the little details you won’t miss on the day but can reflect back on later, and all the genuine laughs and smiles that show up day of.
there is nothing better than being able to relax knowing there is someone taking care of presenting lifelong memories back to you, and is why you should consider booking in a photographer!

for event coverage at your baby shower. 1 hour minimum required.
delivers 50-90 images in your final gallery.
1 hour is perfect timing for:
⋆ family, guest + solo photos
⋆ venue details + set up
⋆ one formality (ie. a game, cake cutting, opening presents etc).
what’s included in all events:
⋆ sneak peeks within 24 hours
⋆ full gallery delivery within 2 weeks via private gallery link
⋆ unlimited downloads from the gallery for 12 months

only required if:
⋆ you have a large guest count and would like more time for group photos
⋆ more formalities coverage (ie. more games, speeches, etc)
⋆ have specific requirements for what you’d like captured.
we’re happy to give recommendations on number of hours required — based on previous experience.
delivers an additional 40-80 images for each half hour required.

DO WE PAY EXTRA FOR DIGITALS?
no extra to pay — have everything great from the session delivered straight to you and available for download as many times as you like once we’ve completed your gallery.
HOW DOES BOOKING IN WORK?
send us a message with your event date and we’ll check alongside our availability.
if you haven’t chosen a date yet and would love to go alongside our calendar, let us know and we’ll give you a bunch of dates!
once you’re ready to lock in, we’ll require:
⋆ a 50% retainer of the total price of your event photography (via invoice or transfer)
⋆ signature on contract (via email)
your final 50% is due a week prior to your event.

booking as far ahead for your event as possible is always great. we tend to book quite far in advance for events, especially for weekend events.
2-4 months notice is what we recommend to avoid disappointment.

your event photography can include anything from family photos, guest photos… as long as everything is held at the venue of your event.
we also are able to bring lighting to your event in case you’re after backdrop snaps.

we deliver your full gallery within 2 weeks after your event, with sneak peeks in 24 hours.
everything will be delivered to you via private online gallery link — which your gallery can be downloaded in full.
you can share amongst family and friends through the link, making it super simple to let everyone see every part of your event and download their favourite images.
