why do i need to book a photographer for my birthday party?
ever enjoy yourself at a party so much you forget to take photos? (yep, i’m also guilty of that)
that's why we're here! we're there to take all the snaps so you don't have to, or have to worry about doing so. plus, you may even get some snaps of things you didn't even see!
you can't be at all places at once — as much as you may try.
we also hold professional lighting equipment for the best backdrop photos — just to make it even more extra. no iphone lighting needed here!
EVENT PRICING

1 hour minimum required for event coverage at your birthday party. starting pricing is determined by expected guest count and event start time.
delivers 50-90 images in your final gallery.
1 hour is perfect timing for:
⋆ family, guest + solo photos
⋆ venue details + set up
⋆ one formality (ie. a game, cake cutting, opening presents etc).
what’s included in all events:
⋆ sneak peeks within 24 hours
⋆ full gallery delivery within 2 weeks via private gallery link
⋆ unlimited downloads from the gallery for 12 months

for additional event coverage of your baby shower.
only required if:
⋆ you have a large guest count and would like more time for group photos
⋆ more formalities coverage (ie. more games, speeches, etc)
⋆ have specific requirements for what you’d like captured.
we’re happy to give recommendations on number of hours required — based on previous experience.
delivers an additional 40-80 images for each half hour required.
DO WE PAY EXTRA FOR DIGITALS?
no extra to pay — have everything great from the session delivered straight to you and available for download as many times as you like once we’ve completed your gallery.
HOW DOES BOOKING IN WORK?
send us a message with your event date and we’ll check alongside our availability.
if you haven’t chosen a date yet and would love to go alongside our calendar, let us know and we’ll give you a bunch of dates!
once you’re ready to lock in, we’ll require:
⋆ a 50% retainer of the total price of your event photography (via invoice or transfer)
⋆ signature on contract (via email)
your final 50% is due a week prior to your event.

we just need the time + address, and we’ll be there!
however, if there’s anything else you’d like to discuss beforehand, we’re more than happy to answer any questions you have.
we’ll do a follow up a few days prior to your event for a final confirmation on time, address and our person of contact on the day should we need anything. we’ll also run through what you should expect from us when we arrive.

when your gallery is with you, you’re more than welcome to access it anytime within the next 12 months.

gift pack + printing options
digitals are great to have — but nostalgia always hits better when you have physical prints!
we have printing options available after your gallery has been delivered. as well as linen gift boxes + USBs in case you’re looking for extra safe storage for your images.
free delivery available within geraldton for all prints + gift packs.

we recommend booking for events at least 2 months in advance, especially for weekend events.

your event photography can include anything from family photos, guest photos… as long as everything is held at the venue of your event.
we also are able to bring lighting to your event in case you’re after backdrop snaps.

we deliver your full gallery within 2 weeks after your event, with sneak peeks in 24 hours.
everything will be delivered to you via private online gallery link — which your gallery can be downloaded in full.
you can share amongst family and friends through the link, making it super simple to let everyone see every part of your event and download their favourite images.
