what’s to be considered when booking a wedding photographer?
your wedding is one of the most important milestones in your life and the search for a photographer can be a daunting one — but we would love to make it easy for you.
a great photographer will provide you with all the shots required, breathe-easy direction during shooting while also standing back and capturing the goodness of your day.
they can organise a schedule to run through the day smoothly and answer any questions leading up to the wedding — including vendor recommendations and photography location/timing recommendations.
and most importantly, a great photographer will vibe with you! since they're more than likely the vendor who spends the most time with you the day of the wedding.
and all the above is something we strive for!
what is considered an eloping to us?
an eloping is considered a ceremony with a small (even 0) guest size — usually for family + close friends.
the intimacy of an eloping is what makes it incredibly special, and for you to allow us to be a part of it makes us feel exceptionally grateful.
do you have guidelines for eloping bookings?
in order to book in an eloping package with us, here's a guideline for what we require in order to lock in an eloping photography package.
total guest size under 15 people
this number doesn't include the couple getting married, the celebrant, and the couple's children + any other vendors who may be present the day of the wedding.
if it is only family members and you surpass this number, that is okay!
we may ask for a guest list + relation of each guest to you to ensure you're following the guidelines
why do you have guidelines?
unfortunately with previous elopings, larger guest sizes have appeared without notice — it has interfered with the couple's timeline to receive golden hour photography for the couple only, as the unaccounted for guests asked for photos after the ceremony.
we don't want unexpected moments to interfere with your short timeline.
if you're expecting a larger guest size or prefer to have photos with multiple guests who aren't family, please consider booking in a larger photography package under wedding packages.

no extra to pay — have everything great from the day delivered straight to you and available for download as many times as you like once we’ve completed your gallery.
HOW DOES BOOKING IN WORK?
send us a message with your chosen date and we’ll check alongside our availability.
if you haven’t chosen a date yet and would love to go alongside our calendar, let us know and we’ll give you a bunch of dates!
once you’re ready to lock in, we’ll require:
⋆ a 25% retainer of the total price (via invoice or transfer)
⋆ signature on contract (via email)
your invoice remainder will be split into 50% and 25% — due before your eloping.

when your gallery is with you, you’re more than welcome to access it anytime within the next 12 months. feel free to also send the link to as many people as you wish.

gift pack + printing options
digitals are great to have — but nostalgia always hits better when you have physical prints!
we have printing options available after your gallery has been delivered, as well as linen gift boxes + USBs in case you’re looking for extra safe storage for your images.
free delivery available within geraldton for all prints + gift packs.

we sure do! we will inform you of travel costs when we discuss your photography prior to booking!
costs associated include travel time, distance and two nights accomodation if necessary (day prior to the wedding + day of, if not already organised by yourselves).
travel within 30km of geraldton — north, east or south does not require a travel fee.

for all weddings, including elopings, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
weekend dates in march, april, september + october are popular wedding months and weekend availability usually gets taken a year in advance.
weekday weddings are usually much more open in availability, however we tend to only book 4-5 weddings a month before closing our books for all weddings for the month (including weekdays).

book in by simply messaging us on here or through social media. we’ll go through the booking process with you for your chosen wedding package.

we have set locations around geraldton for your photos, however, if you’re at a venue or have a favourite location you’d like to venture to, let us know!
if you want to travel somewhere outside of geraldton for your couple photos, we will require a travel fee attached to your final invoice.

we usually only hold family photos at the venue you’re holding your ceremony. if you did have an idea of another location, please let us know and we’ll let you know if it is possible for us.
