why should we book a photographer for our engagement party?
your engagement party is all about celebrating you two. so while you may feel inclined to get as many photos as possible with everyone, you might struggle while also having to chat and meet everyone who's partying with you!
so you know where we’re going with this… have us instead!
we'll snap everything from the event itself, to family photos, guest photos + future bridal party photos. then you can look back on the event and see that you enjoyed yourself while being in the moment.
EVENT PRICING

1 hour minimum required for event coverage at your engagement party. starting pricing is determined by expected guest count and event start time.
delivers 50-90 images in your final gallery.
1 hour is perfect timing for:
⋆ family, guest + solo photos
⋆ venue details + set up
⋆ one formality (ie. a game, cake cutting, speeches etc).
what’s included in all events:
⋆ sneak peeks within 24 hours
⋆ full gallery delivery within 2 weeks via private gallery link
⋆ unlimited downloads from the gallery for 12 months

for additional event coverage of your baby shower.
only required if:
⋆ you have a large guest count and would like more time for group photos
⋆ more formalities coverage (ie. more games, speeches, etc)
⋆ have specific requirements for what you’d like captured.
we’re happy to give recommendations on number of hours required — based on previous experience.
delivers an additional 40-80 images for each half hour required.
DO WE PAY EXTRA FOR DIGITALS?
no extra to pay — have everything great from the session delivered straight to you and available for download as many times as you like once we’ve completed your gallery.
HOW DOES BOOKING IN WORK?
send us a message with your event date and we’ll check alongside our availability.
if you haven’t chosen a date yet and would love to go alongside our calendar, let us know and we’ll give you a bunch of dates!
once you’re ready to lock in, we’ll require:
⋆ a 50% retainer of the total price of your event photography (via invoice or transfer)
⋆ signature on contract (via email)
your final 50% is due a week prior to your event.

we recommend messaging us as soon as possible when your event date has been set.
weekend dates tend to be popular especially during wedding season (march-may/august-october).once your date has been sent, send us a message straight away and we'll let you know our availability.

your event photography can include anything from family photos, guest photos… as long as everything is held at the venue of your event.
we also are able to bring lighting to your event in case you’re after backdrop snaps.

we deliver your full gallery within 2 weeks after your event, with sneak peeks in 24 hours.
everything will be delivered to you via private online gallery link — which your gallery can be downloaded in full.
you can share amongst family and friends through the link, making it super simple to let everyone see every part of your event and download their favourite images.
